How the studio uses AI
Video Song Ads uses AI tools to help write and make your song ads. We choose and update these tools so your ads keep looking and sounding good.
You own what you make
As between you and us, you own the song ads you make in the studio, including the lyrics, ad text and media made for your project, to the extent the law allows. You can post them, run them as ads and use them for your business or your clients.
Some countries don't give copyright to material made mostly by AI. That means others might be able to make something similar. Adding your own creative choices, edits and footage strengthens your ownership.
What you upload
You keep ownership of songs, images and clips you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to run your projects and show them back to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any music, voices, people and logos in it.
We don't train on your projects
We don't sell your projects or use them to train AI models.
Check before you post
- Read the lyrics and ad text. AI can get facts wrong or invent details.
- Watch every shot for odd hands, faces, extra people or misspelled words.
- Make sure every claim in your ad is true and allowed for your kind of business.
- Follow each platform's rules, including any rules about labeling AI-made content.

Because AI tools learn from patterns, another customer may receive ideas, lyrics or images that look or sound similar to yours. We can't promise every result is unique.
