Plans

Video Song Ads has two monthly plans: Starter at $37 a month with 160 credits, and Studio at $97 a month with 820 credits. You can also bring your own songs, images and clips.

Billing and renewal

• Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, starting the day your plan begins.
• Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payments are handled by a secure payment partner. We'll email a receipt for every charge.
• All payments for plans and top-ups are final and non-refundable. If we make a billing error, such as charging you twice, we correct it.
• If a payment fails, we'll let you know. Making media pauses until it's sorted out; your projects stay safe.

What credits cost

Credits are used when the studio writes or makes something for you. The credit cost is always shown in the studio before you start, and nothing is charged until you choose to go ahead.

How credits are added and used

• Plan credits are added at the start of each month and last 31 days.
• Top-up credits ($19 for 150 credits, $47 for 380 credits, $97 for 800 credits) need an active plan, are added only after payment is confirmed, and last 12 months.
• When you make something, credits that expire soonest are used first.
• The studio shows the credit cost before anything runs. If your balance is short, nothing runs and nothing is taken.
• If making media fails, its credits go back to your balance. Running something again because you'd like a different result uses credits again.
• Your balance never goes below zero and there are no overage charges.

Changing plans

You can move between Starter and Studio. Moving up takes effect right away with the new month's credits. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal. Contact us to change plans.

Price changes

If the cost of making media changes, the credit cost of an item may change. If we change a plan's monthly price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
