Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final

All payments for plans and top-ups are final and non-refundable, including months you didn't use and credits you didn't spend.

If we make a billing error, such as charging you twice or charging the wrong amount, we correct it and return the extra charge.

Cancel any time

To cancel, contact us through the contact page or email hello@videosongads.com from the email on your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then it stops renewing and you won't be charged again.

Plan credits

Each plan includes a set number of credits every month: Starter at $37 a month with 160 credits, and Studio at $97 a month with 820 credits. Plan credits last 31 days and reset each month. Unused plan credits don't roll over. When a plan ends, its remaining plan credits end with it.

Top-up credits

Top-ups are $19 for 150 credits, $47 for 380 credits, $97 for 800 credits. You need an active plan to buy a top-up, and top-up credits are added only after your payment is confirmed. They last 12 months from the day they're added.

Your balance never goes below zero and there is never an overage charge. When credits run out, anything that uses credits pauses until you top up or your month resets.

When something doesn't finish

If you use credits to make a song, image or clip and it fails to finish, the credits go straight back to your balance automatically. Returned credits go back as credits, not money.

If something finishes but you'd like a different result, you choose whether to run it again. A new run uses credits again.
