Who we are

Video Song Ads ("we", "us") runs videosongads.com, a studio that helps businesses make short song ads with their own music video. You can reach us at hello@videosongads.com.

By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and to the other policies in this Policy Center. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

• You sign in with your first name and email. We email you a one-time code; there is no password.
• You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement, or using the site for a business you're allowed to act for.
• Keep access to your email safe. Anything done from your signed-in account is treated as done by you.
• Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account and plan.

Plans and credits

The studio is available on a paid plan: Starter at $37 a month with 160 credits, and Studio at $97 a month with 820 credits. Credits are used when the studio writes or makes something for you, and the cost is shown before you start. All payments for plans and top-ups are final and non-refundable. If we make a billing error, such as charging you twice, we correct it. The Subscription terms and the Refunds and cancellation policy explain billing, renewals and credits in full.

What you can make

You can use the studio to make song ads for your own business or for clients you work for. You're responsible for what you make, upload and post, and for following the rules of each platform where you post it.

Follow our Acceptable use policy. We may remove content or close an account that breaks it.

What we provide

The studio helps you make song ads for your business, from the words to the finished video. Written and generated content can contain mistakes. Please check it and change it before you publish.

We work hard to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or work without errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

No promised results

We don't promise any number of views, followers, customers, sales or income from your ads. Results depend on many things outside our control.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, and our total responsibility for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be removed.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the site and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used for fraud.

Changes and contact
